About T. Parke
T. Parke partners with executives, leaders, and directors in Design, Product, Project, and Technology to create the next generation of world-class cross-channel immersive digital experiences.
He guides UX, design, content, and research teams in executing on product and business goals. He uses AI to enhance product experiences and delivers on data-informed feature performance. T. also creates systems for cross-channel platforms, such as design systems and pattern libraries, and develops value-based frameworks for teams.
Previously, T. served as Director at ESPN and as Associate Director at Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products. He delivered on premier brands including Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland Paris, Shanghai Disney Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, ESPN, ESPN+, and ESPN Fantasy Leagues.
Before Disney, T. served as Product Design Manager at Alaska Airlines during the expansion with Virgin America. T. is also the Director of UX How, a resource for UX Design “How To” insights, and the Director of Method Toolkit LLC.
He has previously been a design leader on projects for Rolling Stone, Microsoft, Nickelodeon, and Marvel. T. has been be contributing author to several design and technology books, sites, articles and resources.
